Period Underwear

A new, awesome addition to the period hygiene lineup. Easy and resusable!

I wish period underwear was around when I was a teen … but it wasn’t available! I’m so excited to share this option with you! If pads are the “easy” solution, period underwear takes easy to a new level!

You wear period underwear just as you wear your normal underwear. The only difference is period underwear has built in padding to absorb and retain blood. We have provided 3 pairs of underwear so you can be wearing one pair, another pair is clean and ready to wear, and the last pair is used and ready to wash.

You can wash period underwear in the sink or in the washing machine. To use the sink, simply run cold water and a bit of soap over the underwear to rinse and squeeze it out. Continue rinsing and squeezing until the water runs clear. If using a washing machine, run it on the cold cycle with detergent. Lay the underwear to dry or run it on a low heat setting in the dryer.
